Major intersections in Lexington can bring 12 lanes of traffic or more together to converge on one dangerous spot. The safety comes down to those properly working traffic lights and also depends on each driver obeying those lights.
When one driver ignores or isn’t paying attention to the rights-of-way at an intersection, motorists traveling in every direction can suddenly be at risk of a powerful collision. Drivers and passengers can suffer major injuries and face long, challenging recoveries ahead.

Support for Victims and Families After Lexington Accidents
Victims recovering in the hospital after a terrible accident can be left to wonder how long they’ll be in recovery and how they’ll get their medical care paid for. For victims and their families, filing a claim for damages against an at-fault driver’s auto insurance carrier can be a necessary precaution.
Even with clear evidence of innocence, insurance companies are known for disputing fault in an accident simply to avoid paying for the expensive hospital and rehabilitation care resulting from the victim’s injury. A claim for damages can inform an insurance adjuster of every hardship injury victims and their families have endured and can provide a list of everything expected to be covered by the insurance company.
These damages that should earn compensation include the costs of medical care already built up and those expected in the months to come. The wages a victim has lost while being away from work should also be fully reimbursed. A personal injury lawyer will also point out other hardships that victims and their families have suffered to increase the support a family can receive.
