Motorcyclists traveling Louisville never seem to get a break from having to watch the actions of careless and reckless drivers.
At-fault drivers often claim they didn’t see the motorcycle they struck, but that’s harder to accept at night when a motorcycle is fully lit and hard to overlook.
Unfortunately, motorists can still force riders into dangerous situations. Resulting impacts can cause devastating injuries for motorcyclists and in the worst cases, endanger lives.

Securing Assistance for Families After a Louisville Motorcycle Accident
After heartbreaking, fatal motorcycle accidents, the families of the victims are often granted precious little time to grieve their loss. In a matter of days, the costs of a burial and accident response bills can come due. These bills arrive just as a family may have to cope with the loss of the financial support the deceased had always provided.
In such a difficult spot, families are allowed to protect their interests by filing a wrongful death claim against an at-fault driver’s car insurance coverage. This civil lawsuit asks for help with financial hardships now and those in the future as a loved one can no longer work to support close relatives.
A wrongful death claim can be filed by a spouse or children of the victim on behalf of the entire family. An attorney can also file this lawsuit and help gather evidence and documents needed to build a strong case an insurance company can’t dismiss. A strong case can force an insurance company to take a family’s financial and emotional hardships seriously.
Contact A Motorcycle Accident Lawyer Serving Louisville
Families should be provided all the time they need to grieve a tragic loss after a motorcycle accident. Sadly, they often must monitor every move an insurance company makes in the wake of a collision. Insurance adjusters often try to blame motorcyclists for their own accidents no matter what an accident report states. This is a “bad faith” practice that is used to avoid paying a victimized family the support they need.
